A copy returned to the Rosemont Ridge Homeowners Association prior to closing. The buyer's contact information, including name, phone, and email address are required for dues billing, HOA communications, etc.
A copy provided to the title company for closing.
Buyer transfer fees are waived if a completed copy of the "Acknowledgment of Receipt" document is received by RRHOA prior to closing.
Title companies are requested to get confirmation from the buyer that the Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions were received and forward the completed and signed "Acknowledgment of Receipt" to the association (via US mail or email) before property closing can be finalized. Copies of both documents can be found in the "Homeowner References" section on the page titled "Covenants Conditions & Restrictions."
Association Dues & Fees
As of January 2023, association assessments (dues) are $600 per year. They are due January 31st of each year. A $150 late fee is charged for dues not received by the due date. (Annual dues are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.)
Transfer fees are $300. This fee is waived if RRHOA receives a completed copy of the "Acknowledgment of Receipt" document (referenced above) prior to closing.
There are no additional fees.
Miscellaneous
There is no "Right of First Refusal."
No homeowner property utilities are included in the dues.
There is no master insurance carried that is applicable to homeowner properties.
